Founded in 2010 , Michael Ego felt that traditional established workout routines needed changing, and decided not to just workout or lose weight but to SCULPT the body.So many people have and will continue to lose weight but after the weight is gone there is a need to SCULPT. This is where Michael Ego has found his niche. Sculpting the body is the answer.
